Privacy policy
Effective date:
1. Who we are
Aztro Labs is a trade name of Aztro Software LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company. We operate aztroai.com and build custom software for our clients. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: team@aztrolabs.ai.
2. What we collect
- What you send us. By email, WhatsApp or on the call you book: your name, work email, phone number if you share it, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Scheduling data. If you book a call, the name, email, time slot and any notes you enter in Calendly.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies where enabled (see section 6).
Please do not send credentials, patient data or other sensitive personal data through the website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals, NDAs and service agreements, and hold the discovery call.
- To reduce spam and abuse.
- To measure, in aggregate, whether our website and advertising bring the right inquiries.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that act on our instructions, and only what each one needs:
- Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel, to measure visits and, where enabled, booked calls. Only active when enabled on the site.
- Google — fonts and, if enabled, site analytics.
- Calendly — scheduling the discovery call; the booking is also subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
- Hosting provider — serving the website.
We do not share personal data with other clients, data brokers or for third-party advertising beyond the measurement described above. We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
5. Confidentiality
Anything you tell us about your project is treated as confidential from the first message, whether or not an NDA has been signed. Access inside Aztro Labs is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We do not use client names, project details or results in marketing without written permission.
6. Cookies
The site works without non-essential cookies. Where enabled, the Meta Pixel and analytics set cookies or similar identifiers to attribute leads and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site keeps working. Where the law requires consent, we ask before setting non-essential cookies.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence data for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymize it, unless a contract, an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation requires longer. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the provider. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (section 8).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request to know, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data; we do not sell it. Residents of Canada, the EU, the UK and other jurisdictions with similar laws have the rights those laws provide. Email team@aztrolabs.ai; we respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
We protect data with two-factor authentication on every account, least-privilege access, encryption in transit, secrets kept in a secrets manager, and access revoked when someone leaves. No method is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Where we operate
Our company is in the United States. Data may be processed in the United States and the countries where our team and providers operate. Where required, we rely on contractual safeguards for those transfers.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version is posted here with a new effective date; material changes are noted at the top of the page.
